BDA not happy with Dish/DirecTV saying they will offer "Blu-ray quality" HD video, saying that these companies are misleading consumers. Legal action is being considered.
They do have a point probably, but you do wonder why they would get so worried, even though their brand is being mentioned and compared to, which is basically free publicity.
